For the better part of 15 years, I toiled in the warranty business, with some of the best and worst people in the industry. I learned what to do, and what not to do, and who to do it with and not to do it with. This is what led me, over the last 18 months, to develop WarrBox, so those who follow can learn from my experience, and with much less struggle.

And we could not have launched at a better time. With interest rates rising, home sales and new mortgage applications falling, we are here to not only help you survive this downturn but thrive through it. And when the market turns good again, which it will, you will have your shelves stocked with new leads, and be several steps ahead of the competition.

I have always had a drive to “Make a Difference & Help Others” combined with a work ethic of quitting time is when the job is done. The Entrepreneur bug got into me when I was 12 years old. I started “Suds Brothers” Car Detailing Service, passed out homemade flyers, and the business started rolling in. Since then, I have had the awesome privilege to build multiple companies. Along the way, I have been extremely blessed to have incredible Mentors in my life that have poured all of their knowledge and wisdom into me. Thanks to all of their help and guidance over the years, I was finally able to found an amazing company with great leaders, which allowed me the ability to build an incredible organization from the ground up to a national scale.

I head an amazing company that helps to restore beauty to homes. This in turn makes communities phenomenal places for everyone. Success in these areas have been contagious.

After 27 years in the banking and investment worlds. I become dissatisfied and discontent. Rules and fees…. and more rules… less control from the individual. It really become insufferable for me. I set out to build a better way for investments and for small businesses to thrive. Success has followed.

Im a second generation Afro-Latino that has been in mortgage finance for 20 years. When I was 6 months old, my dad moved his family to Los Angeles, California to finish his schooling and start a Technician business. It wasn’t until I was 9 years old when they purchased our first house. I vividly remembered the feeling of accomplishment when my parents signed the closing documents to their new home. Coming from a third world country to owning a home in America was by far a monumental moment in their lives.

Being in charge of accomplishing so many dreams and creating general wealth gives me so much happiness and peace. I know what if feels like to struggle and I also know what it feels like to succeed. My job is teach, aid, and mentor every person that is willing to achieve the American dream. Being that I’m very seasoned in the industry, I can wholeheartedly say Ive seen it all and done it all. You’re in great hands!
